My order showed up a couple days later than I expected, which was a little annoying, like when you’re checking the tracking every morning, looking out the window for the delivery truck, and wondering if it got stuck somewhere. But I reached out to support and they replied really quickly. They were friendly, explained things clearly, and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them, which I appreciated. The strap itself was packed well too, no weird damage, no smashed box, no loose parts or anything like that. So even though the shipping was a bit slow, the service was good and the whole thing ended up being a decent experience overall

It’s fine for quick use, but after a little while the weight just sits awkwardly on my shoulder. Kind of feels like comfort wasn’t really tested much before this was made

From what I remember, the strap was okay and held up fine for a little while. After a few weeks though, I started noticing the stitching looking kind of rough. Not terrible, but the build quality could definitely be better

To be fair, it did take a quick adjustment to get the fit just right on my sax, but after that it worked really well. It was easy to tweak, felt secure, and I didn’t have any neck pain after practice, so I’m happy with it...

Just a warning for anyone considering this, the strap attachment kept feeling loose when I used it, and it didn’t give me much confidence that it would stay securely in place. I wouldn’t trust it for anything important without checking it carefully first.
